Kinderwelt Akademie provides German-learning tools and materials for children, including cards, books, educational games, posters and stickers.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed after the checkout steps are completed and Kinderwelt Akademie confirms the order.

We may contact the customer to verify order details, or cancel an order if information is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached, an item is unavailable, or there is an obvious error in the price or product details.

Prices and offers

All prices are shown in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and discount codes may change at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to previously confirmed orders. Offers or discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Payment

Payment is available by Cash on Delivery (COD). The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate order information.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping cost and delivery time vary by governorate and address. Available details are shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Delivery dates may be affected by the courier, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
