Thank you for choosing Kinderwelt Akademie. We carefully prepare and package every order so that it arrives in good condition and matches the product specifications, photos and videos shown on our website.

Checking your order upon delivery

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and before the courier leaves. Check the number of items, the product condition and that the products received match your order and the specifications, photos and videos shown on our website.

If there is visible damage or an incorrect item at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately and, where possible, do not accept the shipment.

No returns or exchanges for correctly delivered products

Due to the nature of our educational products, including books, printed materials, cards and other paper products, once an order has been inspected, accepted in good condition and found to match the order and the specifications shown on our website, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because the customer changes their mind after delivery.

Products that have been used, written on, damaged by the customer, or cannot be returned in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not match the order or its advertised specifications, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. The case will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.
