Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Kinderwelt Akademie. We work carefully to ensure that every order arrives in good condition and matches the product details shown on our website.

Checking your order upon delivery

Please receive the order personally, or ask the recipient to check the shipment, product condition and item quantity before the courier leaves.

If there is visible damage or an incorrect item at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately and, where possible, do not accept the shipment. Checking the order upon delivery does not affect any rights granted under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Returns after delivery

After the courier leaves, Kinderwelt Akademie does not accept optional exchanges or returns except in the cases and within the periods provided by Egyptian consumer protection law.

Returns without cause are not accepted for books, products prepared to the customer’s specifications, products that have been used or written on, damaged products, or products that cannot be returned in their original condition.

Defective or incorrect products

If a product is defective or does not match its advertised specifications, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. The request will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
